The AI assistant now works with your account, also in Claude and ChatGPT

Until now the assistant knew Georgian tax rules but not your numbers. Ask it “What is my status?” and it could only send you to the app. Now, when you are signed in, it looks at your own Taxocat data to answer, and it can do the routine work for you.

What you can ask

• “What is my status?” Which months you still have to file, the tax due for each and the deadlines.
• “How close am I to the 500,000 GEL limit this year?” Your turnover so far, from your own income.
• “I received 1,200 USD from a client on 1 October.” The assistant adds the income and converts it at the official National Bank of Georgia rate for that day.
• “Change the 3 September income to 950 EUR.” It fixes amounts, dates and currencies in months you have not filed yet.
• “Prepare the September declaration.” It creates the declaration from that month’s income and tells you the tax.
• “I filed September on rs.ge myself, mark it as filed.” It updates the status in Taxocat.

Write the way you talk, in English, Russian or Georgian. The assistant asks when something is unclear, such as the date or the currency.

You stay in control

Changes that are hard to undo wait for you. When you ask the assistant to delete income, mark a declaration as filed or take that mark off, it shows what exactly it will do, for example “Delete income 1,200.00 USD of 2026-10-01?”, with Confirm and Cancel buttons. Nothing changes until you press Confirm, and the request expires after 15 minutes.

Some things stay in the app on purpose: submitting a declaration to rs.ge, your rs.ge connection and your password. The assistant points you to the right screen instead.

On the website and in Telegram

• Website: open the AI assistant while signed in. Pages such as Incomes and Home update as soon as the assistant changes something.
• Telegram: write to @taxocat_bot. If your Telegram is connected to your Taxocat account, the bot works with your data too, and confirmations come as buttons under a separate message. Not connected yet? Tap Open Taxocat in the bot and sign in with Telegram.

Not signed in? The assistant still answers general questions about taxes and individual entrepreneurs, and tells you when a question needs your account.

In Claude, ChatGPT and other AI apps

Already use your own AI app? Connect your Taxocat account to it, and it can answer from your data and do the same work: check your status, add and fix income, prepare declarations.

• Claude: open Settings → Connectors, choose Add custom connector and paste https://api.taxocat.com/mcp.
• ChatGPT: open Settings → Apps & Connectors, turn on Developer mode under Advanced settings, then choose Create and paste the same address. Developer mode may need a paid plan.
• Claude Code, VS Code and other apps that support MCP connectors: add https://api.taxocat.com/mcp as a remote server.

The app then opens a Taxocat page that names the app and lists what it will be able to do. Sign in if asked and press Allow. The app never gets your Taxocat password.

Your AI app shows every Taxocat tool by name, such as List incomes or Delete income, and you choose which ones run on their own, need your approval or are blocked. Deleting income and changing a filed mark still ask you to confirm; if your app cannot ask, it tells you to finish in the Taxocat assistant or the bot.

To disconnect an app, open Account → Connected apps. It loses access at once.

What about my data?

• The assistant reads only your own data, and only to answer your question. What it reads for an answer is sent to Google’s AI services together with the question, the same way your questions already were.
• It never sees your rs.ge login, password or session.
• We do not save the conversations. On the website the history stays in your browser tab and is cleared when you sign out.
• In Claude, ChatGPT and other connected apps, what the app reads goes to that app and its AI provider, and the conversation is kept by their rules.
